Return Policy
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 1 month Refunds and Return Policy, with a 10% restocking fee (and original
shipping costs are non-refundable). If 1 month has gone by since your purchase, we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
1.
Be in new the condition that you received it, undmaged and having not been
subjected to shock (for example, being dropped - which will damage the ISEE
technology inside)
2.
It must also be in the original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged
3.
It must be shipped back to us at your expense to the address of the sender from
whom you were sent the device(s).
4.
Please note that we are not liable to cover the cost, or unit refund cost, of the
returning unit(s), if:

packing for shipping) during delivery back to us/your providing partner
